Seasonal sites are 12 month duration from April 1st - March 31st.

Payment, in full, of seasonal sites are due on April 1st of every year.

Any seasonal payment received after April 1st will be charged a late fee of $50/$55 per day.

(Depending on 30 or 50 amp service).

​

New seasonal campers committing after April 1st will be pro-rated for the rest of their duration to March 31st.

​

Seasonal sites are full hookup (water and electric).

​

Walnut Ridge Campground offers a dumping station located adjacent from our bathhouse.

A honey wagon service is available for a seasonal rate (inquire with campground office for this service & charge.)

Electricity at your site is separate from your annual payment. Electric meter is read the 1st of every month & billing is placed in your assigned mailbox located in our campground office.

​

Seasonal campers are responsible for maintaining: mowing, trimming, weed control and etc.

Neglected seasonal sites will be charged $25 for the service of  Walnut Ridge Campground to get in compliance.

Walnut Ridge does not offer weekly mowing services.

All Golf Carts must be approved & registered with campground office. There is a one time seasonal fee of $25.

Operators of all Golf Carts must have proof of a driver's permit & insurance. (Seasonal & Overnight guests).

Inclusions:

• Swimming is included with annual lot rent for persons living in your household. Any family or guest that does not live in your household, pays a fee of $5 per person per day to swim.

• Mini Golf is included with annual lot rent for persons living in your household. Any family or guest that does not live in your household, pays a fee of $3 per person per game

• Wi-Fi.

• Free parking. (We do not charge visitor fees.)

• Laundry facility access.

 

Restrictions:

• Permanent structures (ie; carports, sheds, metal roof covering) are not permitted on premises.

• RV's, 5th Wheels, Travel Trailers & Toy Haulers over the age of 10 years of current calendar year are not permitted as a seasonal camper.

• 4 wheelers, side-by-sides and dirt bikes are not permitted on premises.

• Fireworks are not permitted on premises.

• Drugs are not permitted on premises (Zero Tolerance).
